En los últimos dos años el sector empresarial se ha enfrentado a diversos cambios debido a la emergencia sanitaria provocada por el COVID – 19, lo que ha llevado a los trabajadores a un proceso de adaptación con el fin de responder a las nuevas dinámicas, afectando su experiencia y bienestar en el entorno laboral. Por eso, en este documento se busca identificar los efectos del COVID - 19 en el clima organizacional (CO), específicamente, del grupo de comunicaciones (GSS COMM) de Belltech Colombia durante el año 2021.
