dc.description.abstract	Con esta investigación, se identifica que los usuarios e interesados en los servicios y/o productos de NP Medical IPS S.A.S., presentan inconformidad debido a alta demanda de llamadas en el IVR; con base en esto durante el estudio se consultó al proveedor TIDIO, el cual destaca las herramientas tecnológicas del mercado actual más representativas: Chatbot, teléfono y formularios de contacto en sitios web. Por lo anterior, se desarrolló la presente investigación bajo un enfoque cualitativo de tipo de investigación no experimental, a través de un diagnóstico en la empresa y de consulta de las herramientas tecnológicas del mercado con los atributos más relevantes, comparándolos y definiendo la solución más adecuada para la organización.
