La transición hacia el teletrabajo ha suscitado retos significativos en el ámbito laboral contemporáneo, especialmente en lo que concierne a la salud mental de los colaboradores. Este proyecto de grado titulado "El desafío remoto: innovaciones para un teletrabajo mentalmente saludable en Colombia" se adentra en la problemática de garantizar un ambiente de trabajo remoto que integra productividad y bienestar mental.
