Estudio aplicado con piloto y medición pre en reprocesos, tiempos y recurrencia de errores. El marco teórico integra gestión del conocimiento (SECI; ciclo KM), estándares (ISO 30401, ISO 9001, ISO 21502, PMBOK, PRINCE2) y evidencia empírica sobre factores críticos y barreras. Entregables: guía, formato, repositorio y plan de evaluación. The proposal is to design and evaluate the implications of a socio-technical system of lessons learned for Industrias Protón Ltda., with process, repository, and governance. Applied study with pilot and pre-measurement in reprocessing, times, and recurrence of errors. The theoretical framework integrates knowledge management (SECI; KM cycle), standards (ISO 30401, ISO 9001, ISO 21502, PMBOK, PRINCE2), and empirical evidence on critical factors and barriers.
