<dc:description>This analysis will examine the correlation between Salesforce’s Customer Data Platform software and its impact on the business results of Crystal S.A.S. It was found that companies in the retail sector are currently developing marketing and personalization strategies to connect multiple sources of customer information in order to understand customer behavior patterns and preferences, thereby generating a positive increase in profits, customer retention, and brand perception. Currently, Crystal S.A.S. is a company that manufactures and sells apparel, with a business model based on the Retail 4.0 transformation model through the implementation of a Customer Data Platform (CDP); however, despite having a data infrastructure supported by an architecture based on various storage points and multiple recording systems—with sophisticated segmentation capabilities from a marketing perspective—the company has not been able to measure the effectiveness of its personalization efforts and faces fragmentation in the continuity of its data model for building unique customer profiles. The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between audience segmentation and personalization based on the Salesforce CDP and business performance per customer at Crystal S.A.S. To achieve this, a mixed-methods approach with a descriptive-correlational scope and a single-case study design is adopted, combining document analysis, a review of aggregate management indicators, and semi-structured interviews with key business stakeholders and technical specialists. The results show that the CDP has strengthened the ability to segment and personalize campaigns, generating observable differences in business performance across segments. However, its impact is limited by data fragmentation, incomplete unified profiles, and the absence of an automated attribution model. It is concluded that the value of the CDP in Retail 4.0 depends on the consolidation of a single customer profile and the strengthening of measurement mechanisms aimed at generating tangible economic value.</dc:description>
