De igual manera, se pretende hacer la revisión de los procesos de la Clínica, con el fin de detectar las debilidades y falencias, y así lograr diseñar e implementar un plan de mejoramiento que permita establecer acciones correctivas efectivas para lograr la calidad esperada y la satisfacción del cliente. La IPS Clínica Pediátrica de Segundo Nivel de Complejidad ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C, evaluada en esta Investigación, es una Institución Prestadora Servicios de Salud privada fundada por el Dr. Crisanto Montagut y sus hijos, en octubre de 1997. Primero atendió a los pacientes del Instituto de Seguro Social y luego fue ampliando su portafolio de servicios a las Entidades Promotoras de Salud: Cafam, Saludcoop, Famisanar, Salud Total, Humana Vivir y a otras treinta instituciones. La IPS en mención presta los servicios Consulta Externa (atención programada), Urgencias (atención inmediata) y Hospitalización (tratamientos dentro de la clínica). En total, la IPS tiene 35 camas en la Clínica Pediátrica. Adicionalmente, la IPS cuenta con el apoyo diagnóstico de laboratorio clínico e imagenología, y apoyo terapéutico; Sin embargo, al realizar la verificación de los ocho estándares de la nueva propuesta de Habilitación, se evidenció incumplimientos normativos de infraestructura en los servicios de urgencias, hospitalización y el servicio farmacéutico, para lo cual se recomendó en enfocar todos los esfuerzos para realizar ajustes a cada uno de los servicios con los que cuenta la Institución, con el fin de garantizar Calidad en la prestación de servicios a los usuarios. The present study aimed to evaluate, verify and maintain compliance with standards according to Regulations Enabling Health the pediatric clinic IPS of second level of complexity in the city Bogota D.C., with tools that allow to make internal audits to ensure quality care efficiently, effectively and safely. Similarly, we intend to review the clinical processes in order to detect weaknesses and shortcomings, and achieve design and implement an improvement plan to establish effective corrective actions to achieve the expected quality and satisfaction the client. The clinic pediatric IPS of second level of complexity in the city Bogota D.C., evaluated in this study, is a Lending Institution Private Health Services founded by Dr. Crisanto Montagut and their children, in October 1997. First, patients attended were sent of Institute of Social Security and then extended its portfolio of services to Organizations Promoting Health: Cafam Saludcoop Famisanar, Total Health, Human Life and thirty other institutions. The IPS provides the services Outpatient, emergency (immediate attention) and hospitalization (treatment within the clinic). In total, the IPS has 35 beds in the Pediatric Clinic. Additionally, this IPS has the supported clinical , laboratory, diagnostic imaging and therapeutic support, however, to conduct the new proposal verification of standars regulatory of Habilitation, it became clear regulatory failures in infrastructure emergency services, hospitalization and pharmaceutical service, for which it was recommended to focus all efforts to make adjustments to each of the services available to the institution, in order to ensure quality in service delivery to users.
