El presente proyecto de investigación se realizó con el fin de analizar comparativamente a la empresa Colombiana Juan Valdez y la empresa Italiana Illy Café, radicada en Colombia, para así poder examinar los diferentes factores que los clientes evalúan de un establecimiento, como también los puntos clave que la empresa debe tener en cuenta a la hora de lanzarse al mercado, el cual se encuentra lleno de competencia tanto local como extranjera.
This research project was conducted to comparatively analyze the Colombian company Juan Valdez and the Italian company Illy Coffee, both based in Colombia; within this work the different factors that customers evaluate in either facility were analyzed, as well as the key points that a company should take into account when wanting to launch a new brand to the market already full of local and foreign competition.
