El presente proyecto parte de la importancia de la comunicación interna en las
organizaciones, ya que si no se cuenta con las competencias comunicativas y las herramientas
necesarias para transmitir mensajes, no habrá una comunicación efectiva en el equipo de trabajo
(Brandolini, A, Frigoli González, M y Hopkins, N., 2009) y como consecuencia, se presentarán
problemas internos en la cadena de procesos y dificultades entre los colaboradores, hecho que
repercutirá a futuro en la relación con los clientes.
This project is based on the importance of the internal communication in organizations,
because without linguistic and communicative skills and the necessary tools to transmit
messages, there will be not effective communication in the staff (Brandolini, A, Frigoli González,
M y Hopkins, N., 2009). Therefore, the organization will have internal problems in the processes
chain and also problems among the staff, fact that will affect the relationship with the customers
in the future.
