Virtualmente.revista facultad estud.ambient.virtuales El presente artículo contempla los resultados de la investigación diseñada para diagnosticar el conocimiento del modelo virtual, en estudiantes y docentes de la Facultad de Estudios en Ambientes Virtuales de la Universidad EAN. Diversos métodos de enseñanza se han utilizado a lo largo de la historia para lograr avances significativos en temas de aprendizaje, con el objetivo de ser más eficientes y eficaces para estudiantes y docentes. La Universidad EAN, comprometida con la educación de calidad, encuentra en este estudio la posibilidad de entender cómo su modelo de aprendizaje es comprendido por los estudiantes y los docentes, para tener un diagnóstico que permita encontrar fortalezas y debilidades, al mismo tiempo que sirve de guía para futuras acciones que permitan la mejor compresión de los diferenciales del modelo al compararlo con los ofrecidos por otras instituciones.

There have been different teaching methods that have been used throughout history to make significant progress in learning issues, with the aim of being more efficient and effective for students and teachers. The EAN University, committed to quality education, finds in this study the possibility of understanding how their learning model is understood by students and teachers to have a diagnosis.
