Discursos y narrativas orales afrocolombianas en la construcción de medios alternativos de comunicación en Tumaco: el caso del blog «El Decimarrón»

Abstract

RESUMEN En este artículo se abordan las problemáticas comunicativas de la comunidad afrodescendiente de Tumaco. Se muestra cómo el uso de la literatura oral y la tecnología de Internet han permitido, a través del blog El Decimarrón, establecer unos discursos y unas narrativas que evocan las voces y visiones del pueblo afro-tumaqueño, logrando, de esta manera, configurar medios de comunicación contrahegemónicos, que hacen frente a los regímenes comunicativos que afectan la región. ABSTRACT This article addresses the communication problems of the Tumaco Afro-descendant community. It also demonstrates how the use of oral literature and Internet technology have allowed, through the blog “El Decimarron”, to establish a few speeches and some narratives that evoke the voices and visions of the afro-tumaqueno people, achieving in this way, the configuration of counterhegemonic media, facing the communicative regimes affecting the region.
