En las distintas organizaciones uno de los recursos más importantes y valiosos es el recurso humano, siendo este un pilar fundamental para el funcionamiento de dichas organizaciones es de vital importancia cuidarlo, teniendo en cuenta la normatividad vigente iso 45000 que trata de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, las organizaciones deben de hacer su implementación diseñando programas y protocolos ante los distintos riesgos que puedan poner en peligro la integridad o la salud de sus colaboradores, además la arl también están auditando a las empresas haciendo las observaciones, recomendaciones así como asesoría que estime pertinentes para que esto se cumpla. Por esta razón se abarcara este tema desde el punto de vista normativo mostrando los aspectos más relevantes e importantes que tiene la implementación de programas y protocolos para el manejo y mitigación del riesgo ante una emergencia, en este proyecto se buscara estudiar el protocolo de evacuación ante una emergencia así como de simulacro para que se haga de una manera ordenada, rápida y eficaz garantizando que todo el personal que se encuentre dentro de las instalaciones acuda a los diferentes puntos de encuentro logrando de manera ágil identificar los colaboradores que no se encuentren presentes, de esta manera hacer más eficiente el uso de los recursos para la búsqueda y rescate de dichas personas.

In various organizations, one of the most important and valuable resources is human resources. Human resources are a fundamental pillar for the functioning of these organizations. It is vitally important to protect them. Taking into account the current ISO 45000 regulations regarding occupational health and safety, organizations must implement them by designing programs and protocols to address the various risks that could endanger the integrity or health of their employees. In addition, the ARL is also auditing companies, making observations, recommendations, and providing advice it deems pertinent to ensure this is met. For this reason, this topic will be covered from a regulatory point of view, showing the most relevant and important aspects of the implementation of programs and protocols for the management and mitigation of risk in an emergency. This project will seek to study the evacuation protocol in an emergency, as well as the drill, so that it is done in an orderly, fast, and effective manner, ensuring that all personnel within the facilities go to the different meeting points, quickly identifying collaborators who are not present, thus making the use of resources more efficient in the search and rescue of these people.
