dc.description.abstract	Proyecto basado en la necesidad hidrica de la isla de San Andres, la cual enfrenta una crisis ambiental por la escases de este bien como influyente la sobepoblacion que ataca la isla. La sobreexplotacion de los acuiferos es una consecuencia de este factor, lo cual ha llevado a la isla a sufrir cambios drasticos ambientales y varias declaraciones de emergencia sanitaria y ambiental.	spa
