| dc.description.abstract | El artículo tiene como objetivo identificar las principales tendencias de investigación en las cuales se desarrolla actualmente el estudio teórico y metodológico de las B Corps. Para ello, se utilizó una metodología con enfoque mixto, no experimental y de carácter exploratorio descriptivo, a través de una matriz de revisión documental que permitió sistematizar los documentos seleccionados. La elaboración de la matriz consideró exclusivamente artículos científicos de alto impacto de las bases Ebsco, Scopus y Web of Science, luego de la aplicación de los filtros se consolidaron un total de 59 artículos sobre los cuales se realizó la revisión y análisis de contenido. Los principales hallazgos muestran 8 tendencias teóricas de investigación que establecen las principales características, ventajas y debilidades de las B Corps en diferentes campos. Así mismo, en términos metodológicos, se identificaron 12 herramientas de investigación distribuidas en los 3 enfoques: cuantitativo, cualitativo y mixto. La presente revisión de literatura contribuye en demostrar la importancia del análisis de las B Corps como un importante fenómeno organizacional en la sociedad actual y coadyuvante en el cumplimiento de los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible. | dc.description.abstract | The article aims to identify the main research trends in which the theoretical and methodological study of B Corps is currently being developed. A mixed, non-experimental and descriptive exploratory methodology was used for this purpose, through a document review matrix that made it possible to systematize the selected documents. The elaboration of the matrix exclusively considered high impact scientific articles from the Ebsco, Scopus and Web of Science databases, after applying the filters, a total of 59 articles were consolidated for review and content analysis. The main findings show 8 theoretical research trends that establish the main characteristics, advantages and weaknesses of B Corps in different fields. Likewise, in methodological terms, 12 research tools were identified, distributed in 3 approaches: quantitative, qualitative and mixed. This literature review contributes to demonstrate the importance of the analysis of B Corps as an important organizational phenomenon in today's society and as a contributor to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. The production of scientific literature in the field of economic and administrative sciences, specifically around the B Corps, makes it possible to learn about a phenomenon of great interest for the Latin American business reality. | eng |
