dc.description.abstract | En esta tesis doctoral se analizan y presentan algunos hallazgos de las mejores prácticas para el manejo del ambiente laboral y su incidencia en el desempeño de las mejores empresas para trabajar en Colombia, a la luz del enfoque del Instituto Great Place to Work (GPTW) en el lapso comprendido entre el año 2003 al 2009. Se propone un indicador para medir el compromiso gerencial en el manejo del ambiente laboral y se mide la relación e incidencia entre algunas de las dimensiones que componen el enfoque del GPTW. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | This doctoral thesis analyzes and presents some findings of the best practices for managing the work environment and its impact on the performance of the best companies to work in Colombia, in light of the approach of the Great Place to Work Institute (GPTW) in the period between 2003 and 2009. An indicator is proposed to measure managerial commitment in managing the work environment and the relationship and incidence between some of the dimensions that make up the GPTW approach are measured. | eng |
