Alternativas para impulsar el desarrollo de proyectos de energía eólica en colombia

Abstract

A través de esta investigación se espera poder contar con información relevante asociada con los proyectos de generación de energía eólica en Colombia, a través de la cual se puedan plantear diferentes alternativas para implementación de proyectos de energía eólica y que sirvan para promover proyectos futuros y de esta manera contribuir a que el país tenga una fuente de energía renovable sostenible, que ayude a mitigar la problemática que se ha presentado en las diferentes crisis energéticas en el país debido al cambio climático que ha generado épocas secas las cuales han afectado el nivel de los embalses donde se genera energía eléctrica. Dentro de los principales hallazgos analizados en los resultados de la presente investigación se encuentran los siguientes: existe falta de claridad en la normatividad, especialmente para proyectos offshore, se presentan conflictos con comunidades indígenas, como los Wayuu, en áreas clave de desarrollo, se evidencia carencia de inversiones y apoyo financiero sostenido en proyectos de energía eólica, fue posible realizar la identificación del porcentaje del monto de inversión en tecnología eólica y su avance técnico tipos de turbinas, eficiencia, etc.

Through this research it is expected to be able to have relevant information associated with wind energy generation projects in Colombia, through which different alternatives can be proposed for the implementation of wind energy projects and that serve to promote future projects and in this way contribute to the country having a sustainable renewable energy source, that helps mitigate the problem that has arisen in the different energy crises in the country due to climate change that has generated dry seasons which have affected the level of the reservoirs where electricity is generated. Among the main findings analyzed in the results of this research are the following: there is a lack of clarity in the regulations, especially for offshore projects, there are conflicts with indigenous communities, such as the Wayuu, in key development areas, there is evidence of a lack of investment and sustained financial support in wind energy projects, it was possible to identify the percentage of the amount of investment in wind technology and its technical advancement types of turbines, efficiency, etc..
