Acuerdo 010, mayo 16 de 2024: Por el cual se actualiza y aprueba el Proyecto Educativo Institucional -PEI- 2024-2030 de la Universidad Ean.

Abstract

La Universidad Ean, reconocida por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional (Resolución No. 2470 de 2006), ha empleado planes estratégicos formales desde 1981 (Plan Quinquenal 1981-1985, Plan Septenal 1986-1992, PEI en múltiples versiones hasta 2019-2027). El PEI busca consolidar la misión, identidad, funciones estatutarias y mejora continua de procesos de calidad en un marco de conocimiento universal. En 2023, incorporó el Sistema Interno de Aseguramiento de la Calidad (SIAC) de forma transversal, lo que impulsó la revisión y actualización del PEI 2024-2030. Este se alinea con la planeación estratégica mediante un ecosistema de siete componentes: 1. Calidad, 2. Innovación, 3. Visión Global, 4. Emprendimiento, 5. Sostenibilidad, 6. Diversidades y 7. Prosperidad. De acuerdo con el Acuerdo No. 032 de 2014, las actualizaciones del PEI aprobadas por el Consejo Superior deben comunicarse a la Sala General. El Consejo aprobó esta versión el 16 de mayo de 2024, presentada por Gerencia General y Rectoría, como una declaración renovada del compromiso institucional con la sociedad.

In accordance with Agreement No. 032 of 2014, updates to the Institutional Educational Project (PEI) approved by the Governing Board must be communicated to the General Assembly. The Board approved this version on May 16, 2024, presented by the General Management and the Rector's Office, as a renewed declaration of the institution's commitment to society.
