dc.description.abstractEl presente documento contiene datos e información importante para encontrar estrategias de prevención del burnout que aseguren el éxito en los proyectos, a partir de la investigación explicativa y descriptiva de este trabajo el cual hace parte de la unidad de estudios de Seminario de Investigación haciendo parte del programa de Posgrado Gerencia de Proyectos de la Universidad EAN. De acuerdo con el tema principal se propondrán estrategias para mitigar el impacto del Burnout en lideres de proyectos, a partir de la identificación de características y causas de este en lideres de proyectos, así mismo se investigará y se dará a conocer las estrategias psicosociales en las empresas y como este impacta el tema principal burnout.spa
dc.description.abstractThis document contains important data and information for identifying burnout prevention strategies that ensure project success. This is based on the explanatory and descriptive research of this paper, which is part of the Research Seminar study unit within the Project Management Graduate Program at EAN University. Based on the main topic, strategies will be proposed to mitigate the impact of burnout on project leaders by identifying its characteristics and causes. Psychosocial strategies in companies, as well as how these impact the main topic of burnout, will also be investigated and presented.eng
