Estudio correlacional entre el clima laboral y el potencial innovador del área comercial de crédito de vehículos del Banco de Occidente en la ciudad de Bogotá.

Abstract

Este articulo presenta el estudio de investigación de tipo correlacional entre el clima laboral y el potencial innovador del área comercial de crédito de vehículos del banco de occidente en la ciudad de Bogotá. Se realiza la recolección de datos por medio de encuestas usando la metodología cuantitativa a través de cuatro cuestionarios sobre el clima laboral y cuatro sobre el potencial innovador obteniendo un grado de correlación entre los dos aspectos que consideramos estudiar. Dichos resultados permiten determinar que no existe un grado de correlación del clima laboral con el potencial innovador del área de crédito del Banco de Occidente en la ciudad de Bogotá, actuando cada variable de forma independiente de la otra, aunque se puede determinar los grados altos que arrojan los resultados en cuanto el ambiente laboral sano que se tiene en el departamento y el desarrollo creador e innovador de sus colaboradores.

This article presents the correlational research study between the work environment and the innovative potential of the commercial vehicles credit area of the Banco de Occidente in the Bogotá city. We carried out through surveys using the quantitative methodology through four questionnaires on the work environment and four on the innovative potential, obtaining a degree of correlation between the two aspects that we consider to study. These results allow to determine that there is no degree of correlation of the work environment with the innovative potential of the commercial vehicles credit area of the Banco de Occidente in the Bogotá city, each variable acting independently of the other, although the high degrees that can be determined They show the results regarding the healthy work environment in the department and the creative and innovative development of its employees.
