Sistema autónomo en los buses para personas con limitación visual

Abstract

Se ha identificado que existen deficiencias en el sistema de transporte de la ciudad de Bogotá. Se ha notado que la falta de soluciones en éste ámbito no se vincula necesariamente a un contexto tecnológico insuficiente, sino a una falta de interés en solucionar estos problemas. En esta investigación se plantea una posible solución a la movilidad obstaculizada de las personas con limitaciones visuales en los buses públicos. En base al análisis realizado, se determinan los criterios para el diseño del sistema. Se definió como criterio de solución que el sistema deberá contar con tecnología actual, y así aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos a lo largo de la carrera. Adicionalmente, se ha definido como criterio que debe ser viable y efectivo. El documento continuará con la identificación de las consideraciones y requerimientos para una correcta definición de la solución y sus restricciones.

It has identified that there are deficiencies in the transportation system of Bogota. It was noted that the lack of solutions in this area are not necessarily linked to an insufficient technological context, but to a lack of interest in solving these issues. This research presents a possible solution to the constrained mobility of people with visual impairments in public buses. Based on the analysis, the requirements for the system’s design were defined. It has been set as main criteria that the system’s solution should have existing technology, and that it should apply the knowledge acquired during the career. Additionally, it has been defined that the solution must be feasible and effective. The document continues with the identification of the considerations and requirements for a correct definition of the solution and its restrictions.
