Diseño de una solución tecnológica para suministrar apoyo psicológico a la sociedad colombiana

Abstract

El presente proyecto de grado consiste en el desarrollo de una solución tecnológica, en la que especialistas del ámbito psicológico puedan brindar apoyo a las personas que están atravesando situaciones adversas y que, por diferentes razones bien sean económicas o personales, no tiene acceso oportuno a este tipo de ayudas. Los resultados esperados en este proyecto se traducen en beneficios para la sociedad, en la medida en que se brinda una alternativa positiva al manejo de dificultades que vivencian y que por falta de acompañamiento los llevan a tomar decisiones con trascendencia que pueden variar el rumbo de sus vidas de manera radical. Adicionalmente, debido a la presencia actual de una economía globalizada y que a lo largo de los años se han presentado mejoras exponenciales en las comunicaciones, la tecnología juega un papel fundamental en la solución propuesta permitiendo que su accesibilidad sea factible para la población.

This degree project consists of the development of a technological solution, in which specialists in the psychological field can provide support to people who are going through adverse situations and who, for different reasons, whether economic or personal, do not have timely access to this type of help. The expected results of this project translate into benefits for society, to the extent that it provides a positive alternative to the management of difficulties that people experience and that, due to lack of support, lead them to make important decisions that can radically change the course of their lives. Additionally, due to the current presence of a globalized economy and the fact that over the years there have been exponential improvements in communications, technology plays a fundamental role in the proposed solution, making its accessibility feasible for the population.
