Rev.esc.adm.neg La concepción de la organización-empresa como un sistema vivo, dinámico y caórdico, conformada y gestionada por cuerpos mundo-de-la-vida simbólico-biótico, emerge de preguntarse por los aportes qué hacen las teorías de la complejidad y la filosofía ambiental a las teorías administrativas y organizacionales; es decir por cuestionar la posibilidad de reconfigurar las lógicas administrativas, que se hallan en una crisis estructural, a partir de la perspectiva epistémica complejo-ambiental o por la necesidad de entender qué significa gestionar organizaciones sociales vivas. En otras palabras, surge como una propuesta para comprender el fenómeno administrativo-organizacional en tiempos de sociedad de organizaciones y crisis ambiental e implica comprender la organización social tipo taxis como un sistema social vivo que establece entramadas relaciones con su entorno, afectando el desarrollo de sus operaciones y procesos. La vitalidad de estos sistemas deviene de sus redes informales, de su cultura organizacional, de la posibilidad de flexibilizar sus estructuras y sus procesos, y de su clausura referencial. El texto se despliega en dos rutas de trabajo. El primer trayecto pretende comprender la relación entre los problemas civilizatorios actuales, y la institucionalización del pensamiento administrativo clásico en la sociedad. El segundo intenta aportar en la discusión epistémica en el campo de las Teorías Organizacionales y Administrativas, desde el lente teórico de las Teorías de la Complejidad y el Caos, y la Filosofía Ambiental.

Rev.esc.adm.neg The concept of organization-company as a living, dynamic, and chaordic system, conformed and managed by a body of living symbolic beings, results from wondering about the contributions that are made by the Theory of Complexity and the Environmental Philosophy to the Organizational and Business Administration Theories; that is, by questioning the possibility of reconfiguring administrative logistics, which are undergoing a serious crisis, originating from an epistemic environmental complex perspective or even from the need to understand what managing living organizational systems means. In other words, this research emerges as a proposal to understand the organizational administrative phenomenon in the current times of organizational partnership and environmental crisis, meaning that it is all about understanding the social organization-taxis type as a social living entity that determines its connections with the social context, thus affecting the development of processes and operations. The vitality of these organizations originates from their informal networks, their organizational culture, from the possibility of easing their structures and processes, and from their referential closure. This paper describes two working routes. The first one focuses on understanding the relationship between current civilization problems and the institutionalization of the classical business administration thought in society. The second one endeavors to make a contribution to the epistemological reflections on the Organizational Business Administration Theories from the perspectives of the Theory of Complexity and Chaos, and the Environmental Philosophy.
