The creation of an e-commerce marketplace prototype for small textile businesses in Bogotá is presented as an innovative and accessible alternative to overcome the visibility and sales problems that many currently face. This document begins with an introduction outlining the context of the textile sector in the city, highlighting its economic contribution and the limitations that micro-entrepreneurs face in terms of digitalization. The objectives then identify the design of a functional web prototype as the primary goal, along with specific objectives aimed at characterizing the needs of these businesses, analyzing usability factors, and validating the proposal. The problem definition uses data to illustrate the low level of formalization and digitalization within the sector, which limits the competitiveness of textile workshops. The justification then argues for the relevance of the study, demonstrating how a solution of this kind can bridge the digital divide, promote technological inclusion, and foster local growth based on successful precedents.
