| dc.description.abstract | Los proyectos de I+D presentan una fuente de evolución para las organizaciones en un entorno dinámico; esta realidad no es ajena al sector defensa colombiano. De hecho, allí se concentra gran parte de los desarrollos tecnológicos orientados al entorno militar y social del país. Ante una realidad de métodos de gerencia no uniformes usados por las fuerzas del sector, el trabajo ofrece como resultado de investigación, a través de una perspectiva metodológica exploratoria-descriptiva, el diseño de una metodología única y homogénea de gerencia de proyectos de investigación y desarrollo propia del sector, con plenas capacidades para gestionar dichos proyectos desde su concepción hasta su cierre en cualquiera de las fuerzas.La implementación de la metodología en una fase piloto permitió mejorar las desviaciones típicas que presentan los proyectos del área en grupos de investigación adscritos al sector defensa, generando una reducción del 50% en el tiempo para los procesos de evaluación y un 25% para el ciclo de vida de los proyectos gestionados. Además, se mejoró el rendimiento presupuestal gracias a los procesos de definición del alcance y gestión para fases de ejecución. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | R&D projects represent a source of evolution for organizations in a dynamic environment; this reality is not foreign to the Colombian defense sector. In fact, a large part of the technological developments oriented to the military and social environment of the country are concentrated there. Faced with a reality of non-uniform management methods used by the forces of the sector, the work offers as a research result, through an exploratory-descriptive methodological perspective, the design of a unique and homogeneous methodology for managing research and development projects specific to the sector, with full capabilities to manage said projects from their conception to their closure in any of the forces. The implementation of the methodology in a pilot phase allowed to improve the standard deviations presented by the area's projects in research groups attached to the defense sector, generating a 50% reduction in the time for the evaluation processes and 25% for the life cycle of the managed projects. In addition, budget performance was improved thanks to the processes of scope definition and management for execution phases. | eng |
