El estilo de aprendizaje en educación virtual: breve revisión de la literatura

Abstract

La enseñanza a través de los años se ha transformado increíblemente, hasta llegar al punto de estudiar las características del cerebro para poder comprender su complejidad y potenciar el aprendizaje; esto motivó la presente investigación de los modelos más representativos que existen en el cerebro humano y las distintas formas y estilos de aprendizaje. Al analizarlos pudimos observar lo importante que es conocer al estudiante, sus capacidades y sus habilidades cognitivas. El modelo de estilos de aprendizaje propuesto por Ned Hermann nos lleva a conocer las capacidades y forma de absorber información de cada estudiante y, en este sentido, a generar mejoras para que el proceso de aprendizaje sea eficaz en un ambiente de aprendizaje lleno de retos: el virtual.

Teaching throughout the years has suffered an incredible transformation, to the point of studying the characteristics of the brain in order to understand its complexity and enhance apprenticeship; this was the reason for performing this research on the most representative models that can be found in the human brain, and the different ways and styles of learning. When analyzed, we could observe the importance of being acquainted with the students, their capabilities and their cognitive abilities. The learning styles model proposed by Ned Hermann leads us to understand the capabilities and the form each student assimilates information and, in this regard, points the way to generate improvements so that the learning process is efficient in a learning environment full of challenges: the virtual.
