dc.description.abstractLa gestión eficiente de proyectos requiere información precisa y oportuna para garantizar un control presupuestal y operativo. Sin embargo, muchas organizaciones suelen basarse en reportes periódicos que utilizan información histórica, lo que dificulta la detección temprana de desviaciones y limita la tomar decisiones. Ante esta problemática, el presente estudio plantea como objetivo desarrollar un sistema de información basado en una arquitectura cliente – servidor capaz de integrar datos operativos en tiempo real con la planificación financiera, empleando la metodología Earned Value Management (EVM) como eje para el cálculo automático de indicadores de desempeño.spa
dc.description.abstractEfficient project management requires accurate and timely information to ensure budgetary and operational control. However, many organizations rely on periodic reports that use historical data, hindering the early detection of deviations and limiting decision-making. To address this problem, this study aims to develop an information system based on a client-server architecture capable of integrating real-time operational data with financial planning, using Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology as the basis for the automatic calculation of performance indicators.eng
