| dc.description.abstract | La gestión eficiente de proyectos requiere información precisa y oportuna para garantizar un control presupuestal y operativo. Sin embargo, muchas organizaciones suelen basarse en reportes periódicos que utilizan información histórica, lo que dificulta la detección temprana de desviaciones y limita la tomar decisiones. Ante esta problemática, el presente estudio plantea como objetivo desarrollar un sistema de información basado en una arquitectura cliente – servidor capaz de integrar datos operativos en tiempo real con la planificación financiera, empleando la metodología Earned Value Management (EVM) como eje para el cálculo automático de indicadores de desempeño. | spa |
