La Universidad EAN y LG inauguran planta solar de máxima eficiencia en el Canopy Urbano del Edificio El Nogal

Abstract

En un país como Colombia en donde tan solo el 1% de la energía que se produce y consume es renovable, sin mencionar el grave amago de ‘apagón’ que obligó a un ahorro de 5% diario, una iniciativa como la planta fotovoltaica inaugurada este 14 de abril en la Universidad EAN por LG indica que estos esfuerzos conjuntos de academia y empresa van por el camino indicado.

In a country like Colombia where only 1% of the energy produced and consumed is renewable, not to mention the serious threat of 'blackout' that forced savings of 5% per day, an initiative like the photovoltaic plant inaugurated April 14 at the LG EAN University indicates that these joint efforts of academia and business are on the right track.
