Análisis comparativo del contexto externo del caribe colombiano y sudeste brasilero de las capacidades logísticas portuarias para atender a la industria offshore del sector de hidrocarburos

Abstract

El presente documento es el producto de una investigación mixta de tipo descriptivo, el cual tiene como objetivo comparar el contexto externo y las capacidades logísticas y portuarias para atender la exploración, explotación y comercialización de hidrocarburos en operaciones Offshore del Caribe colombiano, con el del Sudeste brasilero, con el fin de identificar las brechas, oportunidades y desventajas que tiene la industria nacional con relación a un país referente en la industria, como lo es Brasil.

This document is the product of a descriptive mixed research, which aims to compare the external context and the logistic and port capacities to attend the exploration, exploitation and commercialization of hydrocarbons in offshore operations in the Colombian Caribbean, with that of the Brazilian Southeast, in order to identify the gaps, opportunities and disadvantages that the national industry has in relation to a reference country in the industry, such as Brazil.
