Análisis de las condiciones laborales de los Rappitenderos de Rappi Colombia: implicaciones económicas e impacto en la organización

Abstract

Este documento, analiza las condiciones laborales que actualmente tienen los Rappitenderos en Rappi, con el fin de determinar el impacto económico que esto puede generar a la organización, para ello se realiza una investigación de carácter cuantitativo y de tipo no experimental, en donde no se manipulan las variables, si no, se observan tal como se dan en su contexto natural donde se realiza recolección y análisis de datos; se diseñó una encuesta semiestructurada, con un total de 23 preguntas de tipo abiertas, cerradas y de selección múltiple, indagando las condiciones actuales con las que cuentan, e información adicional necesaria para el análisis de la investigación. Con los resultados obtenidos se evidencia las condiciones laborales desfavorables de los Rappitenderos en las que se resalta no contar con un contrato laboral y sin afiliaciones al sistema de seguridad social, por lo anterior se propone un modelo de contratación que busca generar un equilibrio de intereses entre las partes, mejorando sus condiciones laborales.

This document analyzes the working conditions that currently have the Rappitenderos in Rappi, in order to determine the economic impact that this can generate to the organization, for this a quantitative and nonexperimental research is carried out, where the variables are not otherwise manipulated, they are observed as they are in their natural context where data collection and analysis are carried out; a semi-structured survey was designed, with a total of 23 open, closed and multiple-choice questions, investigating the current conditions with which they have, and additional information necessary for the analysis of the investigation. The results show the unfavourable working conditions of the Rappitenderos, in which it is highlighted that they do not have an employment contract and no affiliations to the social security system, for this reason, a recruitment model is proposed that seeks to generate a balance of interests between the parties, improving their working conditions.
