Manejo de la salud mental laboral en el sector financiero en Colombia

Abstract

En esta investigación se dará a conocer los principales factores que afectan la salud mental de los trabajadores del sector financiero de Colombia; después de la pandemia COVID - 19, las entidades han creado mayores estrategias para mitigar las enfermedades de salud mental, como la depresión, ansiedad, estrés, entre otros. Finalmente es importante entender cuál es la raíz del problema, conocer sus síntomas y como se debe tratar. Existen resoluciones, decretos y leyes que el Ministerio de trabajo, el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social han adoptado dentro de la batería de instrumentos para evaluar los factores de riesgo psicosocial de los empleados de las empresas, continúan algunos vacíos sobre el tema. (Ministerio del Trabajo y Protección Social, 2019).

In this investigation, the main factors that affect the mental health of workers in the financial sector in Colombia will be revealed; After the COVID - 19 pandemic, entities have created greater strategies to mitigate mental health illnesses, such as depression, anxiety, stress, among others. Finally, it is important to understand what the root of the problem is, to know its symptoms and how it should be treated. There are resolutions, decrees and laws that the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Health and Social Protection have adopted within the battery of instruments to assess the psychosocial risk factors of company employees, there are still some gaps on the subject. (Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, 2019).
