Uso de herramientas tecnológicas en el marco de la atención al ciudadano en el municipio de condoto – chocó.

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad implementar una herramienta tecnológica en el marco de la atención al ciudadano, que garantice el acceso de los habitantes a los diferentes servicios públicos que le asisten y de esta manera tengan una experiencia satisfactoria.

This paper seeks to analyze the impact and viability of using technological tools in document management in the municipality of Condoto, Chocó, with the purpose of creating an innovative solution that manages to level the gap in the provision of goods and services between communities in urban and rural areas of the Municipality of Condoto-Chocó. For the dissemination proposal, the methodology used was based on the logical framework methodology. Regarding the results of the project, it was identified that there is a significant gap in the knowledge and use of digital tools between municipal officials and the community, which represents an obstacle to receiving, responding to and subsequently guiding requests from value groups.
