| dc.description.abstract | This article presents a review of the concept of emotional intelligence, its short history and its definitions. It explores the strengths of the MSCEIT test and highlights some of its weaknesses. The text provides arguments for adopting training as a way to improve emotional intelligence. This perspective is important for leaders and managers of human resources who want to improve their own emotional intelligence and the performance of their teams on this front. | eng |
