In these recent post-pandemic years, creative and cultural organizations are expected to have integrated sustainability as a fundamental element in their business models to optimize shared value, not only economically but also socially and environmentally. In such a globalized and competitive context, developing sustainability-related competencies will enable them to anticipate risks and better understand their environment. Therefore, to better understand these emerging managerial competencies, this study conducts a search in the Scopus database, analyzing publications from the pandemic years -2020 to 2022- related to creative industries, innovation, business models, sustainability, and the Covid-19 pandemic. At that time, there was little prior literature on global pandemics that included these concepts together, making it essential to identify trends and gaps in sustainability research within these industries. Consequently, this study provides a management- and adaptation-oriented approach to sustainability for these businesses. Key themes such as growth capacity, business resilience, digital transformation, and new sustainability frameworks were identified. This study contributes to understanding sustainability as a transversal axis for these industries, offering a foundation for future research and leadership strategies.eng
