La presente investigación se desarrolla a partir del interés de los autores por darles a sus estudiantes la posibilidad de tener una estructura de pensamiento que les permita tener éxito en los diferentes procesos de resolución de problemas que se les presentarán en la Universidad, sus familias y comunidad. El libro está estructurado en tres partes: introducción al pensamiento complejo, a la Teoría General de Sistemas y a la dinámica de sistemas, de manera que se abarcan autores y perspectivas dirigidas a este objetivo.

This research was developed from the interests of authors by giving their students the opportunity to have a mindset that allows them to succeed in the different processes of solving problems they will face in college, their families and community. The book is structured in three parts: introduction to complex thinking, the General Systems Theory and system dynamics, so that authors and perspectives aimed at this objective are covered.
