Abstract
Esta investigación hace parte de la tercera fase de mejora y actualización del Modelo de Intervención e Innovación de la Gestión de Organizaciones (MIIGO); en su contenido encontrará ajustes a las estrategias y herramientas de las rutas de mejoramiento de sus dos componentes, como resultado de las observaciones realizadas en las primeras fases. Algunos de los descriptores fueron eliminados y se formularon estrategias y herramientas aplicables al tránsito de un estadio a otro, haciendo el modelo más flexible y adaptable a distintas condiciones.
Abstract
This research is part of the third phase of improving and updating the Intervention Model and Innovation Management Organizations ( MIIGO ); its content will find adjustments to strategies and tools for improving the routes of the two components as a result of the observations made in the early stages. Some of the descriptors were eliminated and strategies applicable to transit from one stage to the other tools were developed , making it more flexible and adaptable to different conditions model.
