Debido a que en la actualidad no se ha desarrollado, ni implementado el modelo de atención integral en salud (MIAS) en el municipio de Ibagué, la presente investigación realiza una evaluación sobre el nivel de integración de las redes de servicios de salud en el municipio, la oferta y demanda de servicios de salud materno perinatal, identificando los aspectos necesarios a desarrollar para brindar la ruta de atención materno-perinatal en una red integrada en dicho municipio, que incluye el cálculo del costo de la ruta. Se realizó es una investigación aplicada, generando conocimiento a partir del enlace entre la teoría del MIAS, redes integradas de servicios de salud (RISS) y la ruta de atención materno perinatal, para contribuir a la disminución de los indicadores de morbimortalidad de la población materno perinatal en el municipio de Ibagué, teniendo en cuenta la sostenibilidad del sistema. La investigación se desarrolló con participación interdisciplinaria de profesionales de las áreas económica, administrativa y médica, y el aporte de los equipos de trabajo de las Entidades Territoriales (ETs). El presente estudio puede ser complementado, evaluando la capacidad de toda la red de prestadores, públicos y privados, para atender la totalidad de la población del municipio en el componente primario y para la región centro y el total del departamento en el componente complementario de la ruta de atención materno perinatal, al igual que ser extrapolado a las demás rutas integrales definidas por el MSPS y/o las ETs. Otro aspecto a desarrollar es el diseño del modelo de atención para garantizar la integralidad, oportunidad y accesibilidad a las atenciones de la ruta. En caso de implementar la ruta, se puede hacer una medición del impacto en los resultados de salud en cuanto a la disminución de complicaciones del embarazo y los neonatos. Se recomienda evaluar en forma periódica la progresión de la integración de la red de servicios de salud mediante la metodología diseñada, la cual puede ser estandarizada por el MSPS.

Due to the fact that at present the comprehensive health care model (MIAS) has not been developed or implemented in the municipality of Ibagué, this research evaluates the level of integration of the health service networks in the municipality. , the supply and demand of perinatal maternal health services, identifying the necessary aspects to develop to provide the route of maternal-perinatal care in an integrated network in said municipality, which includes the calculation of the cost of the route. An applied research was carried out, generating knowledge from the link between the MIAS theory, integrated health service networks (RISS) and the maternal perinatal care route, to contribute to the reduction of morbidity and mortality indicators of the maternal population. perinatal care in the municipality of Ibagué, taking into account the sustainability of the system. The research was developed with the interdisciplinary participation of professionals from the economic, administrative and medical areas, and the contribution of the work teams of the Territorial Entities (ETs). This study can be complemented by evaluating the capacity of the entire network of providers, public and private, to serve the entire population of the municipality in the primary component and for the central region and the total of the department in the complementary component of the perinatal maternal care route, as well as being extrapolated to the other comprehensive routes defined by the MSPS and/or the ETs. Another aspect to be developed is the design of the care model to guarantee comprehensiveness, timeliness and accessibility to care on the route. If the route is implemented, a measurement of the impact on health outcomes can be made in terms of the reduction of complications of pregnancy and newborns. It is recommended to periodically evaluate the progression of the integration of the health services network using the designed methodology, which can be standardized by the MSPS.
