El análisis morfológico en la prospectiva. Caso aplicado a la formación de líderes de proyectos del futuro

Abstract

La formación de los líderes que realizaran la gestión de proyectos en el futuro, al igual que muchos procesos, es influenciada por tendencias y elementos internos y externos que pueden hacer que ciertas características se hagan más o menos relevantes al momento de establecer el perfil de formación o el currículo para la formación de un Gerente de proyectos que necesitaremos en el futuro marcado de cambios e incertidumbre (Schoper et al., 2016). Conocer con tiempo que elementos, metodologías y herramientas harán parte de las competencias requeridas de un Gerente competente serán el insumo para que las instituciones educativas puedan prepararse con tiempo en la estrategia pedagógica y formativa (Allen, 2020). El análisis morfológico, como una de las herramientas colaborativas de la prospectiva, más allá de ayuda a encontrar los escenarios posibles, nos ayuda a encontrar estrategias para lograr los escenarios de forma sistemática y coherente con las variables sensibles a un modelo de prospectiva estratégica (Johansen, 2018). El uso de esta herramienta en el contexto de la formación del gerente de proyectos que necesitaremos en el futuro, nos ayuda a establecer esas estrategias de forma sistemática, que las instituciones educativas generaren desde su contexto, pero con repercusiones en la calidad de las competencias esperadas y a su vez el éxito de los proyectos en el futuro(Gasemagha & Kowang, 2021). La presente investigación busca revelar cuales son los componentes más importantes en la generación de estrategias particulares, que una institución de educación superior debe considerar para desarrollar estrategias y de forma paralela la metodología que puede aplicar de forma sistemática para continuamente hacer los cambios que se requieran hacer para lograr el objetivo de formar coherentemente con el futuro esperado. La metodología utiliza análisis de las tendencias en proyectos y sus impactos, el juicio de expertos y el uso de modelos de hipótesis para la generación de escenarios factibles.

Morphological analysis, as one of the collaborative tools of prospective, beyond helping to find possible scenarios, helps us to find strategies to achieve the scenarios in a systematic and coherent way with the variables sensitive to a strategic prospective model (Johansen , 2018). The use of this tool in the context of the training of the project manager that we will need in the future, helps us to establish these strategies in a systematic way, that the educational institutions will generate from their context, but with repercussions in the quality of the expected competences. and in turn the success of future projects (Gasemagha & Kowang, 2021). The present investigation seeks to reveal which are the most important components in the generation of strategies, which a higher education institution must consider developing strategies and in parallel the methodology that can be applied systematically to continuously make the changes that are required to be made. to achieve the objective of training coherently with the expected future. The methodology uses analysis of trends in projects and their impacts, expert judgment, and the use of hypothetical models to generate feasible scenarios.
