Cambios que trae el teletrabajo a los empleados que laboran en el sector energético

Abstract

La presente investigación se realiza con el fin de conocer los beneficios que ha traído el teletrabajo a los empleados del sector energético , para lo cual se procede a definir el problema de investigación, el alcance y los objetivos a cumplir durante el desarrollo de esta, principalmente se inicia indagando sobre la historia del teletrabajo en Colombia y su evolución en el tiempo, así como el comportamiento a causa de la pandemia COVID 2019 o SARS-COV-2 las medidas tomadas por el Gobierno, que obligó a las compañías públicas y privadas a realizar acciones para mitigar el contagio y como a partir de este fuerte cambio se logra implementar más tecnología, se identifica que el trabajo desde casa es efectivo y sobre todo los principales beneficios que tienen para los empleados trabajar desde casa son la comodidad y la tranquila.

This research is carried out in order to know the benefits that teleworking has brought to employees in the energy sector, for which we proceed to define the research problem, the scope and the objectives to be met during the development of this, mainly begins by investigating the history of teleworking in Colombia and its evolution over time, as well as the behavior due to the COVID 2019 or SARS-COV-2 pandemic, the measures taken by the Government, which forced public and private companies to carry out actions to mitigate contagion and as from this strong change it is possible to implement more technology, it is identified that working from home is effective and, above all, the main benefits that working from home have for employees are comfort and tranquility
