Desarrollo de un prototipo para reclutamiento de personal en tecnologías no-code

Abstract

Este proyecto se centra en entender y aplicar en un prototipo web, la posibilidad de desarrollar un sistema ATS (sistema de seguimiento de aplicantes) en tecnologías nocode, desafiando así el desarrollo de software tradicional que actualmente domina la industria de desarrollo de software a la medida. Usar proveedores de herramientas nocode evita el uso de complejos sistemas en la nube para desplegar y desarrollar sistemas de información. (Conejos F, 2022). Este proyecto evaluará y hará comparaciones entre los proveedores actuales de tecnología y desarrollo no-code, y tratará de buscar la herramienta más conveniente para la implementación de este prototipo. Además, este proyecto representa una oportunidad para explorar y entender mejor las ventajas y limitaciones de las tecnologías no-code. Al hacerlo, se espera que se pueda contribuir a la discusión en curso en la industria del desarrollo de software sobre el papel y el valor de las tecnologías no-code. Este proyecto también tiene el potencial de influir en la forma en que las organizaciones y los individuos abordan el desarrollo de software, alentándolos a considerar alternativas no tradicionales que podrían ser más eficientes o adecuadas para sus necesidades específicas.

This project focuses on understanding and implementing in a web prototype the possibility of developing an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) system in no-code technologies, thus challenging the traditional software development that currently dominates the custom software development industry. Using no-code tool providers avoids the use of complex cloud systems to deploy and develop information systems. (Conejos F, 2022). This project will evaluate and make comparisons between current no-code technology and development providers, and will try to find the most convenient tool for the implementation of this prototype. Furthermore, this project represents an opportunity to explore and better understand the advantages and limitations of no-code technologies. By doing so, it is hoped that it can contribute to the ongoing discussion in the software development industry about the role and value of no-code technologies. This project also has the potential to influence the way organizations and individuals approach software development, encouraging them to consider non-traditional alternatives that might be more efficient or suitable for their specific needs.
