Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como propósito analizar los factores claves que inciden en el proceso de contratación del primer empleo por medio de la revisión bibliográfica, donde se expondrá el contexto del estado actual del mercado laboral en el país, las políticas nacionales y la legislación para la vinculación de los recién egresados y una encuesta que pretende establecer los factores influyentes del empleador en un proceso de contratación de los egresados de pregrado. Por lo anterior, se define el diseño, enfoque y alcance de investigación, lo cual es fundamental para determinar las variables que serán objeto de la medición. Por último, se realiza la recolección y el análisis de datos mediante una revisión bibliográfica y una encuesta aplicada a la empresa SETIP INGENIERÍA SA.
