El rol de las emociones en el aprendizaje de lenguas

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar las emociones presentadas por estudiantes que están en el proceso de aprendizaje de una segunda lengua, esto con el fin de identificar de manera más clara diferentes problemáticas que exponen los alumnos al momento de comprender un segundo idioma. Además, se analizó y observó las diferentes acciones que se realizaron para evitar situaciones que puedan obstaculizar el proceso de aprendizaje, ya sean acciones realizadas por la institución, en este caso se investigó las estrategias creadas por la Universidad EAN, o acciones personales que los estudiantes crean para lograr un entendimiento mucho más eficaz, por último, se quiere dar algunos consejos basados en el entendimiento de las problemáticas halladas en el transcurso de la investigación. Para cumplir con los objetivos propuestos se llevaron a cabo una serie de entrevistas, los resultados mostraron en algunos casos la relación estrecha entre las emociones y la dificultad de aprendizaje.

The objective of this study was to analyze the emotions presented by students who are in the process of learning a second language, this in order to more clearly identify different problems that students expose when understanding a second language. In addition, the different actions that were carried out to avoid situations that could hinder the learning process were analyzed and observed, whether they are actions carried out by the institution, in this case the strategies created by the EAN University were investigated, or personal actions that students They create to achieve a much more effective understanding, finally, we want to give some advice based on the understanding of the problems found in the course of the investigation. To meet the proposed objectives, a series of interviews were carried out, the results showed in some cases the close relationship between emotions and learning difficulty.
