Abstract

El presente documento contiene el resultado de la investigación de mercado sobre el éxito empresarial de LEGO, este se conforma por un estudio de su entorno donde comprenderemos desde la década de los 70 en adelante los diferentes entornos en los cuales se enfrentó LEGO, luego encontraremos todos los antecedentes que marcaron un hecho especial y que fueron fundamentales para comprender su historia y como llegaron a ser la marca de juguetes más reconocida a nivel mundial, y por ultimo resaltaremos los hallazgos, estos enfocados en las estrategias que permitieron que LEGO sea un caso de éxito empresarial lleno de magia, innovación, creación e inspiración que hoy en día después de más 90 años sigue muy latente.

This document contains the result of the market research on the business success of LEGO, this is composed of a study of its environment where we will understand from the 70s onwards the different environments in which LEGO faced, then we will find all the background that marked a special event and that were fundamental to understand its history and how they became the most recognized toy brand worldwide, And finally we will highlight the findings, these focused on the strategies that allowed LEGO to be a business success story full of magic, innovation, creation and inspiration that today after more than 90 years is still very latent.
