Verificación del cumplimiento de autoevaluación del PAMEC, del servicio de cirugía de alta complejidad.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, está dirigido a una institución prestadora de servicios de salud de alto nivel de complejidad de la ciudad de Ibagué, donde busca identificar la correcta aplicación del primer proceso de la ruta crítica (PAMEC), en el servicio de cirugía. Para realizar la verificación del proceso, se hace una revisión documental, se aplicarán 4 entrevistas a las personas de la oficina de planeación y calidad que nos sirven como orientación y recopilación de datos para verificar si el proceso se desarrolla con enfoque de opinión y conocimiento, cumpliéndolos lineamientos del Ministerio de Salud Protección Social.

This research work is aimed at an institution that provides health services of a high level of complexity in the city of Ibagué, where it seeks to identify the correct application of the first critical path process (PAMEC), in the surgery service. To verify the process, a documentary review is made, 4 interviews will be applied to the people from the planning and quality office that serve as guidance and data collection to verify if the process is developed with an opinion and knowledge approach, complying with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health Social Protection.
