Formulación del plan estratégico para la Institución Universitaria Unintep de Roldanillo, Valle del Cauca, para el periodo 2020 – 2030

Abstract

Este trabajo pretende diseñar la propuesta de intervención enfocada en la formulación del plan estratégico para la Institución Universitaria UNINTEP de Roldanillo, y se justifica por la importancia que tiene la Institución Educativa para el desarrollo de este municipio y el Norte del Valle, donde ha prestado servicios educativos desde hace más de 40 años, en los cuales creció tanto en su mercado como en su calidad académica, estando a puertas de convertirse en una Institución de Educación Superior, para lo cual requiere planear su futuro de forma estratégica.

This work aims to design the intervention proposal focused on the formulation of the strategic plan for the UNINTEP University Institution of Roldanillo, and is justified by the importance of the Educational Institution for the development of this municipality and the North of the Valley, where He has provided educational services for more than 40 years, in which he grew both in his market and in his academic quality, being able to become a Higher Education Institution, for which he needs to plan his future strategically.
