Evaluación De La Implementación De Buenas Prácticas De Gestión De Proyectos En La Construcción De La Planta Piloto De Producción De Bacteriófagos A Cargo De Sciphage S.A.S

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se identificaron los ámbitos problemáticos de la empresa y su entorno para construir un marco teórico que permita abordar la problemática de los bio-emprendimientos y aprovechar las oportunidades de crecimiento que ofrecen. La construcción y puesta en marcha de la planta piloto de producción del bio-producto es el reto actual de la compañía Sciphage S.A.S, y esta propuesta de investigación busca proporcionar herramientas para mejorar la gestión de este proyecto clave. La implementación de buenas prácticas en proyectos de construcción es fundamental para garantizar su éxito y eficiencia. Para ello, existen diversas técnicas que permiten evaluar su implementación. En este sentido, la técnica de análisis mediante una lista de chequeo nos proporcionará una visión general de la implementación de buenas prácticas en el proyecto. Esta herramienta nos permitirá recolectar y analizar datos numéricos, lo que ayudará a responder nuestra pregunta de investigación.

In the present work, the problematic areas of the company and its environment were identified to build a theoretical framework that allows addressing the problem of bio-enterprises and taking advantage of the growth opportunities they offer. The construction and start-up of the bio-product production pilot plant is the current challenge of the company Sciphage S.A.S, and this research proposal seeks to provide tools to improve the management of this key project. The implementation of good practices in construction projects is essential to guarantee their success and efficiency. For this, there are various techniques that allow evaluating its implementation. In this sense, the technique of analysis through a checklist will provide us with an overview of the implementation of good practices in the project. This tool will allow us to collect and analyze numerical data, which will help answer our research question.
