Plan de negocio ER2 S.A.S.

Abstract

Cada día las empresas buscan fortalecer su operación alrededor del núcleo de negocio para ser más competitivos en el mercado y especializados, de esta forma cerca de un 77% de las pymes cuenta con presencia en internet pero no aprovechan este canal explotando todos los beneficios que se pueden obtener a través de él, debido a esto; nace el plan de negocio que se expone en este trabajo, cuya idea principal consiste en crear un portal e-bussines para la venta de productos de marroquinería, bisutería y textil; especializado en la comercialización, la publicidad y el estudio constante del mercado.

Brindándole a as PYMES un canal de ventas adicional y directo al usuario final; a la vez que le entrega información útil del mercado en el que se encuentre desarrollando su negocio. Inicialmente presentamos el estudio de mercado en el cual se realizo la aplicación una encuesta a 400 Pymes de los sectores de la marroquinería, Bisutería y textil los cuales representan el 4% del total de Pymes Bogotanas, mediante la tabulación de esta encuesta se encontrando cifras significativas sobre las cuales planteamos el modelo de negocio.

Every day companies seek to strengthen their operations around the core business to be more competitive in the market and specialized, so about 77% of SMEs have web presence but do not leverage this channel exploiting all benefits can get through it, because of this, comes the business plan outlined in this paper, whose idea principal is to create e-business portal for selling leather goods, jewelery and textiles, specializing in marketing, advertising and constant study of the market.

Giving to SMEs as additional sales channel and direct to the end user, while gives useful information on the market that is developing its business. Initially we present the study of market in which the application was conducted a survey of 400 SMEs in the leather goods, jewelery and textiles which represent 4% of SMEs Bogota, by tabulating This survey finding significant figures on which we propose the business model.
