Abstract

Este documento tiene como objetivo presentar el proyecto que se planea realizar, el cual es un sistema que por medio de un chat Bot con inteligencia artificial permita a los estudiantes de la universidad EAN conversar y solucionar las preguntas frecuentes con respecto al área de bienestar con el fin de mejorar la cobertura del área en los estudiantes tanto en modalidad virtual como presencial, además de eso se procura mejorar tiempos de respuestas y alertas tempranas, en resumen es una ayuda tanto para colaboradores como estudiantes.
