Prototipo para predecir operaciones aéreas con el fin de optimizar turnos laborales para los controladores en el Aeropuerto Camilo Daza

Abstract

El objetivo es generar una solución para programar turnos de los controladores aéreos del aeropuerto Camilo Daza de la ciudad de Cúcuta, por medio de la predicción de vuelos, creando un modelo analítico que permita identificar patrones, y tomar decisiones de una manera eficiente por medio del machine learning. La importancia repercute en decidir la configuración más optima sin poner en riesgo la seguridad aérea, de igual forma controlar la cantidad de horas controlador con el fin de mejorar los tiempos de descanso y mejorar los turnos laborales. Con la recopilación de datos se pretende crear un modelo el cual nos genere predicciones, por medio de la cual permita conocer los tiempos con mayor demanda con el fin de determinar el capital humano acorde a este postulado; la importancia de la implementación de este proyecto radica en la utilización de herramientas 4.0 para la toma de decisiones, permitiendo la optimización del recurso humano, aumentando la productividad de los controladores aéreos, su desconexión laboral y la seguridad de las personas.
