Resumen en inglés
This study examines the relationship between organizational culture and project management success, based on a comprehensive literature review. The methodology employed involved a bibliometric analysis of 234 publications extracted from the Web of Science database. Keywords were systematically mapped into a network using the VOSviewer tool, which allowed the identification of predominant trends and their interrelationships. A qualitative analysis of selected publications complements the understanding of these themes. The findings indicate that certain organizational culture types may be more effective for project management. Furthermore, the study highlights understudied areas, such as the role of organizational culture in fostering learning and development. This emphasizes the need for further research on these topics in specific contexts. The study contributes to an understanding of the role of organizational culture in project management performance. The study identifies gaps in current research and lays the groundwork for future academic research.
