dc.description.abstractLa sostenibilidad ambiental está generando cada vez más preocupación en las empresas privadas, los gobiernos, los consumidores y los estudiosos de la gestión. Por ello, el objetivo de esta investigación es analizar la influencia que sobre el desempeño ambiental y la competitividad verde tienen la gestión verde de los recursos humanos, la cultura del aprendizaje organizacional y el compromiso ambiental de los colaboradores en empresas manufactureras colombianas; esto, debido a que no se encontró en la literatura científica un estudio que contemplara la integración de estas variables y menos en el contexto de empresas manufactureras en países en desarrollo. Para su desarrollo se empleó una metodología cuantitativa, a través de la aplicación de una encuesta, compuesta por 37 ítems que permitieron la observación de 5 variables. Esta encuesta se aplicó a 190 empresas manufactureras colombianas que dentro de su proceso de gestión contemplan y observan criterios ambientales. La información se analizó por medio de ecuaciones estructurales, empleando el método Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). El estudio tuvo como referente la teoría de las capacidades dinámicas. Como resultados principales, se logró comprobar que existe influencia significativa y positiva entre la gestión verde de los recursos humanos y la cultura del aprendizaje organizacional y entre esta y el desempeño ambiental; así mismo, el desempeño ambiental influye positiva y significativamente sobre la competitividad verde. También, se evidenció que en cuanto a los efectos de mediación no existe una influencia significativa entre el aprendizaje organizacional y la competitividad verde. Además, se pudo comprobar que el compromiso ambiental de los colaboradores media positiva y significativamente la influencia de la cultura del aprendizaje organizacional sobre el desempeño ambiental y también sobre la competitividad verde. Por otro lado, desde una perspectiva práctica de la empresa, el estudio proporciona evidencia empírica sobre la importancia de integrar prácticas de gestión verde de los recursos humanos (RR. HH.) y fomentar una cultura del aprendizaje organizacional orientada a la sostenibilidad. La gestión ambiental efectiva requiere la integración sistemática de consideraciones ambientales en las prácticas de RR. HH. y los resultados sugieren que tales estrategias pueden mejorar el desempeño ambiental y la competitividad verde de las empresas como una capacidad dinámica, aportando así a esta teoría de gestión que es en la cual está basada la investigación.spa
dc.description.abstractEnvironmental sustainability is generating increasing concern among private companies, governments, consumers, and management scholars. Therefore, the objective of this research is to analyze the influence of green human resource management, organizational learning culture, and employee environmental commitment on environmental performance and green competitiveness in Colombian manufacturing companies. This is due to the fact that no study was found in the scientific literature that considered the integration of these variables, especially in the context of manufacturing companies in developing countries. A quantitative methodology was used for its development, through the application of a survey composed of 37 items that allowed for the observation of 5 variables. This survey was administered to 190 Colombian manufacturing companies that consider and observe environmental criteria within their management processes. The data was analyzed using structural equations, using the Partial Least Squares Method (PLS-SEM). The study was based on the theory of dynamic capabilities. The main results showed a significant and positive influence between green human resource management and organizational learning culture, and between the latter and environmental performance. Likewise, environmental performance has a positive and significant influence on green competitiveness. It was also evident that there is no significant mediation effect between organizational learning and green competitiveness. Furthermore, it was found that employees' environmental commitment positively and significantly mediates the influence of organizational learning culture on environmental performance and also on green competitiveness. Furthermore, from a practical business perspective, the study provides empirical evidence on the importance of integrating green human resource (HR) management practices and fostering an organizational learning culture oriented toward sustainability. Effective environmental management requires the systematic integration of environmental considerations into HR practices, and the results suggest that such strategies can improve companies' environmental performance and green competitiveness as a dynamic capability, thus contributing to the management theory on which this research is based.eng
