Diseño e implementación de un software de registro y control de inventarios

Abstract

La información interna es importante para toda empresa y el software a la medida es de gran utilidad para controlarla y para el desarrollo normal de sus actividades. Después de realizar encuestas al personal, se detectaron las principales falencias en el correcto funcionamiento e interacción de las principales áreas de la compañía y gracias a la información recopilada se diseñara un software de implementación de registro y control de inventario, el cual se diseñara de acuerdo al presente trabajo investigativo. Mediante el uso del aplicativo se llevara a cabo una coordinación e interacción permanente del área operativa con el área financiera específicamente con el departamento de contabilidad, el cual permitirá analizar y controlar las cantidades exactas de mercancías con las que cuenta la empresa en un periodo de tiempo determinado y a su vez realizar un proceso de intercambio de información verídica que contribuya al mejoramiento y dinamismo de la información financiera real.

Internal information is important for every business, and customized software is useful for its control, and normal development of its activities. Having carrying out staff surveys, the main flaws were detected in the proper functioning and interaction of the principal areas of the company. Thanks to the gathered information a software implementation of registration and control of inventory will be designed according to the present work research. Using the application, it will take place a permanent coordination and interaction of the operative area with the financial area, specifically with the accounting department, which will analyze and control the exact quantities of goods to which the company has over a period of time. At the same time it will be carry out a process of exchange of truthful information that contributes to the improvement and dynamism of the real financial information.
